No way should Watford be allowed to play Leicester this weekend if Leicester are weakened because of the virus. That would be an absolute disgrace.
Do we keep the 25 man squads intact even though players like Schelotto are out of contract in June ?
Should teams be allowed to sign players in June for games this season ? If so, how does that help the integrity of the competition ?

I'm dying to go to the game.

Which is why the only solution is to void the league and start from scratch when safe.It is going to be difficult to find a workable solution that everyone is happy with.
I thought about this on another thread, and think it should, and could be postponed :
I assume the season will have to continue, even if that goes into September / October. There is absolutely nothing clean about cancelling it or ending it prematurely and court cases will be plentiful and will drag.
So it should be postponed until such time it can be continued. That might be all through the summer, so player registrations will have to be extended and transfer window pushed back. Then the 2020-21 season will be truncated, perhaps all domestic cups not held for a season, no winter break, European trophies become straight one-leg knockouts with no group stage, lots of midweek league games, fewer international breaks and Nations league cancelled - after all every European league will be in same boat - and we get back on track with a Euros in summer 2021 (as long as league season not required to go on to June) and a revised WC qualifying schedule.
Whatever is done I imagine it will be a UEFA-facilitated Europe-wide decision.

People can talk about WBA and Leeds but they haven't won anything yet, maybe Fulham would be a bit upset if denied a shot at top 2 ?
If a team were mathematically promoted or relegated that would be a different situation. Sort it out before that minefield.
But we currently have no idea how long it would have to be postponed for - you have to reach a cut-off point for everyone (not just the PL). And you're creating further complications down the line in order to accommodate the remainder of this season, which would damage the integrity of the following seasons competitions, with many issues to resolve primarily around the schedule. We'd go into the next season with all kinds of complex truncations and unsatisfactory situations. It'd be a mess.
IMO we take the hit now and make a clean break. Season 19/20 finishes as though it never started, and we begin the next season (whenever that may be) with a clean slate, starting as we were last summer. 'Take it on the chin' as we've been told before. Yes there'll be some massive disappointments, but football really isn't all THAT important in the great scheme of things, it certainly isn't life and death. However they try to resolve this, there will be winners and losers, there's no perfect outcome to fix this. It may not be fixable, so take the simplest option and we all know where we stand.
Liverpool can be "moral champions". Everyone else will just have to get on with it. I lost a precious Excel spreadsheet once with all kinds of important numbers on it that I'd slaved over for months. Gone at the touch of a button. A right shitter, but I started again from scratch and carried on from there. The world continued to revolve. Thats just what football will have to do.

I'm due to go to Germany next Friday to watch Hamburg - just received an email from the club saying no events with 1000+ visitors are allowed to take place in APRIL 30TH!
I guess there are two options regarding the PL.
Declare this season null and void.
Declare each remaining game a draw.
I don't disagree with you, but it does have knock on effects for champions league games, who qualifies from England? Same as last years final time? Leicester and Chelsea wouldn't be happy at all with this situation.
