From that list however, there are only really three I'd consider significant matches: Spurs v Chelsea, Everton v Liverpool and Spurs v Man U.

I would prefer this when we are in the Prem as it means that you can get home at a reasonable time. If you are desperate for a drink before the game, you would just have to drink on the train and early!

Sky have used up most of their picks. So expect BT Sport to get better games towards end of the season. Half the games clash with Albion games anyway so I doubt I'll bother if it ever comes to virgin media

They have a quota that they have to show each club a certain number of times in the season. To ensure they don't end up having to show a game like this when things are heating up at the end of the season, they will do this early season to use up a quota for both clubs at the same time.

I hadn't realised all the BT games were the Saturday lunch time ones. That's a bit shit. Just as well I'm not paying for it really or it just wouldn't have been worth it. As a football fan my Saturday afternoons are already taken up. I want telly football for when I'm not going to the football
