I don't have a great feeling about this weekend.

Somewhat incredibly, from how things looked just a few weeks ago, we could find ourselves in lowly 13th position and behind Palace.

Aston Villa v Southampton
Burnley v Chelsea
Newcastle United v Brighton & Hove Albion
Norwich City v Brentford

SUNDAY 6TH MARCH

Manchester City v Manchester United (16:30) - Sky Sports

Leeds can't slip into the relegation zone until Monday Night.

And sadly, the only thing (apart from a result for us) that will stop Villa and Palace romping past us will involve Southampton and Wolves pulling even further away from us. :(

I agree about this weekend, but I do think it will be the low-point in terms of performances and results. Every team will have a run like this. It's more surprising that we haven't really had one until now, however close we have been with last minute equalisers etc.

Newcastle have done very well but aside from a good draw against West Ham, the rest of their points have been against crap teams like Dirty Lees, Everton and Brentford.

Slightly off topic …Sheff Utd v Notts Forest just kicked off and I’ve had to reach for the sunglasses due to Forests away strip :moo:

I feel completely apethetic about football suddenly at the moment what with everything going on. Probably doesn't help that we're playing bloody Saudi Newcastle this weekend. Just me?!

We seem to have reverted back to being scared of our own shadows again. Where’s the team that went toe-toe with Chelsea twice in a matter of weeks or put 3 past Everton at Goodison park? Hoping for the best but expecting a pale imitation of what we are capable of, owing to giving the opposition too much respect. Please let me be wrong.
