I haven’t seen the handball incident but the radio said it came off his leg onto his arm. Did they not change the guidance on handball earlier this season to say this would no longer be given as handball?

They did and the replay I just saw in the post match analysis (I missed most of the match) shows it did deflect off his thigh.
