It's looking like the top 5, then any 2 from 6 for the remaining Europa and Conference place.

Villa's GD is poor, but just a point behind Liverpool keeps them in the hunt.

The fact that we're leading the mini-league of 6 is great.

The Standard of officiating is laughable at times, this guy has no control over the game.

It was appalling

Rodri/Grealish/Ake all somehow avoided a yellow.

Grealish ended on 5 fouls and screamed in the refs face twice.

Rodri poleaxed a spurs player on the counter and nothing

The top 5 is effectively sewn up.

Don't think top 5 is 'sewn up'. We are five points behind Spurs but have two games in hand (v Palace and Bmuff).

FFS Spurs are normally dogshit.
(Im fully aware that this is not a situation I thought would matter following the Albion, but I’m greedy)

Would love you to be correct, but through spending power giving them more match winners and savvy ness with officials, I'm sure they'll end up higher than us.
Very possibly but it still can't be described as 'sewn up'. We've got the 4th best GD, games in hand and there will be games between clubs above where one or both will drop points. Still a lot to play for.

Enjoying every minute of it.

I think there are a lot of challenges ahead for our squad - low block teams like Emery's Villa who come to spoil, our (deliberate) vulnerability at the back will cost on occasions, coping with key player injuries where the vast spenders have cover.

If you was a betting man, anything there enticing?
Villa at 33-1 - no thanks. Fulham at 25s, yes.
Us odds on - don't be daft.
Chelsea 7/4 - not bad.

Obviously I'd check the odds with other bookies, but I'm surprised we're odds on with such a long way to go.
