VAR needs to be scrapped until it can reasonably work. Today has highlighted this. Yes Pukki was offside by the letter of the law, but the decision to disallow that goal was a fooking joke. It was a great ball and finish and the defender would not have prevented the goal if Pukki had been onside anyway.
Amazing how the comentator and pundit dont even seem to understand the offside rule. Apparently he thinks it was given for Pukki coming back from an offside position before the ball was played. Where do they find these people?

That VAR decision is the tightest offside I've ever seen. There is absolutely no margin for error, no "umpires call" as there is in cricket. Certainly Pukki's feet weren't offside.
