It was a fabulous ride though wasn’t it? So much enthusiasm followed by the inevitable disappointment. How very Brighton

It'll be flipping hard to find even the gallows humour in 78% possession and no points.

Fortunately that won't be necessary...

...this time.

Still unsure if I should want the teams above us to lose or those below us.

You know what, it seems such an age between games at home, I'm just looking forward to watching a football match. Forget tables for a weekend, points, form, blah blah, I am really looking forward to a good game between 2 attack minded teams. Excited already.

Yeah - it should be a great game with a decent atmosphere under the lights.

Would you take another 3-3 classic now?

There is no way Palace are losing to Villa at home. Villa were very average last week and I'm afraid Palace are a better side than them. Therefore, we WILL be behind Palace for at least an hour or so. Sad times.

I didn't come here for a lecture in Communism.

However, even a single goal defeat to Leeds, and I feel we may still go above ManUtd by tea time Sunday! :D

Yes. That was real entertainment.

I mean I know a 1-0 win is better for our season - but that 3-3 was one for the memory banks. The first time Ankegren kicked from his hand was in the 90+ minute and the ball came straight back and Leeds equalised. That's my (unreliable) memory bank anyway.

At least there won't be any side effect consequences for NSC, as and when such at thing happens.

Yes you are right I think. It was one of the best games we've seen under the lights - great atmosphere, loads of goals, just a shame we couldn't hold on for the win. CMS in the second half was almost unplayable, and that goal where he spun off the defender to pull us back into the game was top drawer.

I will take a repeat of the freezing cold game in 85 when we won 3-2 at Elland Road, without being chased back to the station though, my legs are not as fast as they once were.

Hopefully the mods will see sense and ban Dougie and SE20 for a couple of weeks.

I always maintain all of them should be banned for the same period time they 'forgot their log in details' when things aren't going so well up the road.

We have the same 5 game form as bottom of the table Newcastle. Whilst I can see us keeping a clean sheet, I really can’t see where the next goal is going to come from. We might have to wait until Welbeck is back before we are able to grab more than one goal per match.

It’s the bottom half for us on Saturday I fear.

Should we insist that Bob wears pink, just to see the reaction from the shirtless tubbies?

Happy dayz
