There’s a good chance that could happen.

One of 7 clubs in the relegation mix,

But it includes Watford, Bmuff and Stains who know how to chisel out PL wins, season after season, and Villa could spend huge in January in attempt to seal safety.

Interesting to see if TB does similar, with anything to help the defence and a striker who can hold the ball up (and score).
