That incident a few minutes ago sums up Chelsea. Chelsea attacking, Wolves keeper catches the ball, looks up and sees Hwang on the halfway line with not a single Chelsea player back. He must have had 20+ yards of space. OK nothing was made of it as Sa's poor kick went straight out of play, but if he had kicked it straight then Hwang was 1v1 at the other end with the Chelsea keeper within seconds of Chelsea's own attack. That's the sort of thing you might see at the local park, you never see it at this level.

Steele did it to Mitoma

Against Brentford? Not the same in my opinion. Brentford were in shape, had two men back and one was actually marking Mitoma before that goal. We scored because of our brilliance - Mitoma's run and Steele's kick. In the Chelsea example today, they'd simply left nobody in a defensive position so a Wolves player had half of the pitch to himself.

Jackson is the most booked player in the Premier League with eight yellow cards - seven of which are for various forms of dissent/kicking the ball away. He doesn’t seem the brightest.

I fully understand the reasons why it's not going to happen, but has there ever been a more straightforward season for the Albion to be seriously troubling the Top Four? All those highly avoidable draws against crap opposition are starting to weigh heavily
