There seem to be a fair few unspoken additions/modifications to the laws of the game at the professional level. Would love for them to take it back to basics.

Watching Onana faking cramp to time waste, knowing he's not subject to the 30 second timeout which outfield players are forced to see out, feels like a loophole that could be easily fixed.

Should the powers that be tweak the rule so whomever is wearing the captain's armband is forced to sit out the 30 seconds on the keepers behalf?

That would probably do the trick.
