Going back to the Bournemouth/Saints game, I think Henry was right about the first half penalty claim. It was as much a penalty as the Niasse one a week or two back (i.e. shouldn't be a penalty because the player is clearly throwing himself to the ground, but there was also contact from the challenging defender which is enough for people to defend the diving - and criticise the ref if he doesn't give the penalty).
