That is appalling. That's the kind of thing that happens in my son's under 10's matches.

Signing a £70m keeper for under 10's seems a bit much.

That said Jnrs manager would do it in a heart beat, if it meant winning.

Can’t believe it’s the same goalkeeper that was at Bilbao, he was such an impressive goalkeeper at such a young age there. Confidence is a horrible thing, once it’s gone, especially as a keeper, it’s a nightmare to get back.

When I used to play in goal I had confidence issues at times and you’d get the yips when a simple ball was coming towards you, tough one for Chelsea... I’m sure he’ll have suitors in Spain, due to his stint at Bilbao

3 away wins today, the continued effect of no home fans?

I nearly posted something similar earlier.

The home team must still have some advantage but it looks like the players respond more like its a behind doors friendly and play more openly. That might explain in part the goal fests we've enjoyed.

Woods gains control of the ball after it comes off his left arm.
Scores.
VAR review and goal stands.
How?

Not sure handball but He did push the defender out of the way.

A goal to sum up Burnley’s style of play

Definitely came off his upper arm. The touch just before he shoots, not the initial chest trap. Might see it in slo-mo at half time.
And yes he also shoved the defender out of the way.
So two reasons for VAR to rule it out.
