Can’t see Southampton getting anything so a win for us followed by a draw in the Liverpool Newcastle game would be a lovely Saturday afternoon.

Brentford Palace is win/win really. Especially if you think Palace could still get sucked into the dogfight at the bottom.

It is absolutely insane Newcastle have only lost once this year which came down to a last minute goal. I suspect all the draws will be their downfall in the end.

Who'd have thought it after we tore them to pieces at the Amex? Could be a big game when we go back there (curious how many we'll take midweek as I was planning to come over for it, definitely won't now).

It's definitely a strange turnaround. I guess fair play to him for learning from the experience he had at Bournemouth, but they aren't short of goals either, they've scored 4 less than us.

I still find it crazy that they only lost to Liverpool this season and that was back in August.

An awful Cardiff team we made look like Brazil, Mendez Laing, taking us apart was a pathetic low, as bad as the 0-5.

At one of those two games, it was later said, Bloom made his mind up to sack CH.

.....and sadly, it was probably poor Emiliano Sala who inadvertantly kept us up. RIP - not the sort of 'lucky break' for us to be happy about.

Usually the simplest answer is the right one. He’s a very good coach.

Found his Burnley side unbearable to watch. Was at the away game where Poyet did a flounce 5 minutes before the end. His sides have a knack of being irritating with their shithousery.

Vicente also played in that game and was the best player on the pitch by a mile. Unfortunately he had CMS in front of him who looked like a prize winner in comparison

Edit: Yes, it was. Why would he head it straight back into the danger area and not out to the touchline? Especially odd because his default when clearing with his left foot is to shank it out for a throw-in.

Commentary team going on about how great he is just a few seconds before and didn’t even mention the fact he just cushioned the header down into the middle of the goal for Saka to smash home.

He’s a player who people seem to over rate massively, I just don’t get it, every time I watch he makes a mistake yet media never seem to call it out.
