Everton v palace a draw to keep it interesting at the bottom, and hope that Man U smash Palace on Sunday

Interesting seeing the for and against goals which doesn't get shown very often these days. Only 4 teams have scored less than us. Only 5 have conceded fewer.

And only Wolves have seen fewer combined goals in all matches - Wolves 77, Brighton/Burnley 82.

It’s the number of matches lost (11) that stands out for me

Also bloody impressive. Only the top three have lost less. Wow.

Let's not forget that six of those were in a row! Only 5 lost over the other 31 games.

As for these games I find it quite annoying that Everton are playing Palace. There's still a part of me that wants them to go down, but it's not as big a part as the bit of me that wants us to finish above Palace.

Certainly a conflict, although I would rather Leeds went down so that squares it off nicely for me.

Think everyone’s a Saints fan tonight.

Liverpool playing their reserves with only Allison in goal and Konate in defence who would be considered first choice starters.

Arrogance or have they given up on the title?

Come on Saints, I don’t want Liverpool winning anything else this season. Come on Madrid next for me

Gone for a Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea, and Burnley four fold

Also took an early 22/1 on the “Spursy” (Norwich and Pukki anytime)

Also early on the AFTV meltdown on a Norwich and Everton double at 77/1

I think we want Liverpool to win tonight so that City and Liverpool really have to win on Sunday. That would help us in relation to Villa and Wolves and where we finish.

Attractive odds on a Saints win/draw

 noted.

The betting markets failed to react to the following first teamers being rested/minor knocks. The front 6 all changed.

VVD
Robertson
TAA

Thiago
Fabinho
Henderson

Diaz
Mane
Salah

If Stains were in a relegation battle, other managers would be fuming.
