Not a problem any more, they’ll be safe.

Keep throwing money at players and eventually any club gets results, it took Everton £550m to get there. In just 3 transfer windows Villa have paid £220m in fees alone. Barkley on £100k a week apparently.

After learning of LCFC’s key injuries, I had this down as a Villa win.

I still leaned towards LCFC after that horror show vs West Ham thought they'd have more of a reaction and Villa will eventually lose a couple but they do look good this season. Maybe break into the top 8 but also wouldn't be overly surprised if they crumbled a bit can't see them any lower than 14th.

Results have been OK for us so far this weekend.

Let's now have a nice draw between West Brom and Burnley.

I put my dislike for Villa to one side and had a late bet on a win for them at Leicester. Very early days, but I reckon they'll finish 12th or above. No Europa League or League Cup distractions for them either, compared to some other clubs. With their expensive squad, a week's prep for every single EPL game.

West Brom v Burnley is a poorly scheduled Monday 5:30pm kickoff.

Draw please.
I think our game with WBA is at the same time next Monday - is this some wonderful new PL innovation?

Sky have refused to release the figures for their PPV offerings over the weekend due to 'commercial sensitivities' although they are rumoured to be lower, even Newcastle v Man Utd only attracting viewing figures in the tens of thousands, not hundreds of thousands or millions such a game might usually attract. West Brom v Burnley could even be in the very low tens of thousands tonight.

WBA v Burnley: Draw please, with a red for a key Baggie to even things up for next week.

Newcastle fans donated money to a food bank instead of ppv, raising £20K.
