In other news, if VVD has ‘done his ACL’ and is ‘out for the season’ (as I’ve seen posted) then he really did amazingly well to walk around the pitch afterwards. Still a shocking challenge from Pickford though - without the offside he should might have been off.

There wouldn't have been seconds hesitation in sending Maty off in similar circumstances
