Today's fixtures are really annoying when you look at the next few games.

We want to maintain position.
We want to maintain position above the Wankpuffins.
We want to see Everton bricking it.

A home win on Thursday please.

Would rather see Leicester win today and Newcastle beat palace to keep both behind us.

I expect Leicester to start pulling away with their 4 games in hand, quite content battling for the 10th

I hope Maupay was watching that Cornet penalty.

If Burnley want anything from this game they are gonna have to start playing a lot better.

The last few crosses they have put into the West Ham box have ended up being fantastic through balls to one of the West Ham attakers.

Cornet looks a player though!

Anyone else watching NU v Leicester?

The home team have been crap. A load of midfield hustlers trying to stem Leicester attacks, hoofballs to Wood who seemed intent on diving in the box and everyone trying to pass to Saint Maximin.

The crowd going wild when they get rare corners, that’s it.

When the Saudis really start spending, I see ALL these outfield players squeezed out, other than him.

Newcastle nick it at the death.
What an awful game. Stop start, scrappy, poor from both teams. Neither team deserved to win but I guess it's the better result for us, keeps Leicester within reach.

With the almost inevitable winner.

Talkshite’s Graham Courtney summarised this with: “A fine performance by Newcastle”.
