Guarantee Burnley will sit on Saturday just like they did at the Amex in fact are we the only side they have low blocked since they got promoted?

We will (understandably) think it's must win, but the Albion way would be a TURGID 1-1 draw (or 0-1 loss), and then beat Man City.

The only thing that stopped us hammering them was their keeper though - he was outstanding on the day. And their goal was MASSIVELY lucky. Think we'll do ok in this one.

Seems it was one of his few outstanding days in goal as he is no longer their first choice.

Agree he made some saves although we never really opened them up, Pope for Newcastle had a similar performance last season most of the shots were straight at him.

Their keepers performance in the reverse fixture was massively overstated. Sky Sports tweeted a video of the "five best" save of his ten. One was straight at his planted foot. One was straight at his arm. One was a soft side foot back pass that was no worse than the warm up practice keepers do before games. One was a good save from a shot across goal that was dipping a bit albeit one most premier league keepers should stop. The final of the five was the only one that was actually stand out - it was a good reaction save from a shot that was going one way, but took a deflection right in front of him and he still managed to adjust and stop it.

Definitely away. If we have to be worried about Fulham as well, we might as well give up.

So the Burnley management won't have any Kompany on the touchline for the Brighton match? How lonely!
