I keep thinking back to how RIDICULOUS Hassenhutl's collapse into a wet blubbing heap on the touchline was, after they scratched a 1-0 win there against a depleted Liverpool. It looked pathetic on the night, and given the 2nd half of the season it looks increasingly pitiful. He literally had to get up off his knees to shake hands with a bemused Klopp.

I would be genuinely mortified if GP had done anything like that. What an embarrassment.

Sky’s commentator just praised Hassenhuttl’s innovation of the U9’s, all the way up, play the same way as the senior team. Players effortlessly slotting in when they eventually reach the seniors.

He just described what Rinus Michels put in place at Ajax almost 60 years ago and copied across Europe ever since.

Loved it when the direct talking ex-player replied with “That’s all well and good, but it’s all about senior team results and they’ve not been good enough”.

This season really has been a pile of shit from a BHA perspective. Good job the black line now directly below us has been firmly drawn. Will next season really be any better? Albion mojo currently very low jo.

Its crap seeing us back in 17th, but 2 grains of positivity.

- We are TEN POINTS clear of trouble

- Our GD of -5, compared with all the shitshows below and around us, is proof of just how narrowly we've fallen on the wrong side of the results so many times this season. Such frustratingly narrow margins and (so often) flat-out shit luck. The only times we've been properly humped was at City and Leicester. The rest of the time we've rarely been played out of games this season, but just fallen short.

Thats something to build on IMO.

If GP had been openly weeping like that the Potter outters would have a field day.

Wow can’t think of any parallels there

And we were safe with three games left. Earlier than any other PL season.

Credit where it is due. Dibley has matured so much of late. He didn't sarcastically applaud the ref last night so didn't get a second yellow. I reckon he's the most footballer ever now. Beaky must rubbing his hands as the inevitable bidding war beckons.

Having deliberately handled the backpass to keep it out, shirley the ref should have blown for an indirect free kick before Arsenal put it in the net ? ???

Good point, by handling a back pass has the keeper deliberately denied a goal scoring opportunity and as the last man been shown a red card.
Is it me or wouldn't you just love Chelsea to miss out on fourth place and lose both finals.

They still owe us for a goalpost they were swinging off in 1983, so it's certainly not just you.

There was a very obvious advantage to let play out for a couple of seconds.

By definition he hasn’t denied a goal scoring opportunity - Arsenal scored.
