which makes the current transfer process a nonsense. I am not using mine and at moment no one else is and they are in prime positions WSU , good height near the halfway line. Depending on how things progress with COVID I probably won't renew next season , IF i could easily hand it on I might . There are no winners in that situation. I suspect there are plenty of STHs in same position.

Yep, and it blows a bit of a hole in some of the defence PB gave of the scheme at the forum.

I have no issue with naming the people via friend's and family and they have no issues with masks/jabs/LFTs. If teh scheme were easier two seats would have been filled in last 2 home games and I am sure some food/drink would have been consumed and two people might then considered the Swansea game and other opportunities....

Leeds into bottom 3 on GD if Burnley get a point at Everton tomorrow. They’ve currently conceded 11 goals in 4 games and I reckon their keeper is actually pretty good so it could be far, far worse, sadly.

Nonsense, it was an appalling tackle.

Under Law 12 a sending off must be given for serious foul play. What bit of hooking a players leg in two from behind isn't serious foul play???

What's worse is Dallas then attempted a similar tackle on Mane and only got away with it because he didn't touch the player. Looks like "genius" Bielsa teaches them to do it.

I agree. Reckless challenge.

A caller on 606 was trying to make a serious point that by 'letting the game flow' more and signaling that just because someone gets tackled it isn't automatically a foul/card, the refs have made it clear that players can get stuck in a bit more this season.

This means that, for steroided*-up second rate players like those at The Leeds, the risk of causing serious injury by attempting to win balls they would have left last season has gone up a notch. The oaf Savage talked over him and the point was not made.

They don’t. They are happy to flog ST Guest tickets without knowing who is coming into the ground with them.

Through the ticket exchange, maybe - but I'm cynical that they won't be extracting some information - but that's not the issue with people wanting to let someone else use the season ticket they've paid for be used by a mate, is it? And that's why there are empty seats - the ticket exchange only kicks in when they have run out of other tickets to sell, does ot not? And what about loyalty points to buy a ticket at all?

The difference between letting the game flow after a minor clash and reckless challenges from behind should be obvious to any Premier League referee. I've never much liked Pawson but it appears he knows better than Savage.

Liverpool FC have a new Family & Friends scheme. Pre season ONLY any season ticket holder can add up to 20 individuals, linking them to their online ST account. At no cost to anyone from what I can see.

The 20 do not need to be members, they simply need to have registered with the club online.

The STH can then transfer their seat to any of the 20 on a match by match basis.

With a bit of forward thinking by the STH, to me that solves many of the nsc complaints against the Albion’s new rules.

That sounds like a good system. They could charge a fee for each person (as I think Brighton do?) to increase revenue, but at the end of the day, if a seat's been paid for, it's been paid for. One bum can - or should be able - to sit on it - and that should be it.

The last I heard (a couple of years ago or so) Liverpool were trying to work out why their season ticket holders had an average age of about 100. For some reason I'm a little dissapointed to learn that they're actually making any attempt to identify the people entering the ground now.

Tickets passed through generations, 412 STH’s were deceased!

NO board of directors dared broach the subject, but FSG finally did with an amnesty in 2018.

So the tickets are bought and paid for year after year, watever the annual price rise is? What better way to make it, and keep it, a real, proud, family club? It's a ticket; it's been paid for; it's got a bum on it. End of story - or should be!

Except, it was a big factor in 10,000’s waiting literally 15 years or more for their STH chance.

Families hogging them down the generations.

Which isn't the situation now, so not currently relevant. No doubt the 10,000s got to borrow a mate's or a relative's ticket from time to time anyway.

Not happy with how we’re tumbling down the table and it’s likely to continue tonight. Heads need to roll

What’s the benchmark for the number of wins generally required to say up? Is it around 9?

Liverpool have no closed their ST waiting list to new entrants, people at the back were/are going nowhere fast.

Perhaps you're referring to the Amex?

If you buy STH guest tickets the seats are in the name of the STH. The club has no idea who is actually attending.

*EDIT* realised that's not the point you're making but will leave it there anyway.

Leeds are going well

Aren't they just. Played 4. Won zero. Conceded 11.

No particular shame in that as the PL is a massively difficult league but the way the media and a section of the Leeds support continue to deify Bielsa is just amusing. Doubtless the Leeds squad will have been at Thorpe Arche bright and early today for a 2 hour 11 vs 11 multi-ball beasting session.
