Sussex but not by the sea
I'm not feeling particularly confident for us, but if we could pull it off then we could hop back to 6th.
However I'm more focused on the other end of the table, if results go a certain way (and I think Luton will beat SU) then Palace could find themselves only 1 point off 17th when they KO v Chelsea......
Plus Everton could be adrift in 18th.

I dreamt we were trailing 2-1 midway through the 2nd half. Then Mrs Q bought my tea and crumpets up and I don’t know what happened after that.
So both teams to score obviously.

Huge opportunity for Luton.
I'd love them to stay up and I grew up despising them as a club.
I have to say I'm feeling much the same. I've disliked them for decades but have a grudging admiration for them these days, I just like the way they've stuck with the decent players who've got them this far (Morris, Adebayo, Doughty, Lockyer), and blended them with the right "scrapheap" players (Townsend, Barkley). Plus Edwards has been given time to learn when at the beginning of the season they looked a lost cause.

Who'd have thought Luton would be one of two maybe three teams to play us off the park this season?

I used to live close to Luton in the mid 80s - the days of David Evans as chairman (looney Tory MP) and the plastic pitch. Travelling those six miles from Harpenden (Herts) to Luton (Beds) felt like going from the First World to the Third World.

But, for the reasons you've mentioned, they fully deserve to stay up. Would much prefer Forest or Everton (or, of course, Palace) to go down.

Those last 2 didn't feel good but needs must.

I'd prefer a Fulham draw, and a palace draw, or even win.

Dunno how posters can already decide on palace.

Shirley in the unlikely event of Luton, Brentford and Forest all winning, palace losing would be the single greatest result of whatever Matchweek bollox we're in.

Well, it would be if that happened.
In a way today is a win/win situation. Any result has its positives for us.
