Until you look closer to home.
“equal money for money” …. we operate on a bottom half budget. For example, Shahid Khan at Fulham has pumped in double TB’s investment on the playing side. We’re a bottom half club, over achieving, still.
Until you look closer to home.
I'll be honest, I don't look at our current injury list and think "well thank God we kept rotating players or we might be really screwed".
I still don't buy the playing in Europe cocks everything up argument. It's not that many extra games.
and in general they get away with it...and I can't figure out how.Mouthy fans (one appeared here a few months ago, where’s tw@t gone?), diving and time wasting players, several faux head injuries per game orchestrated by Emery the cheat.

By being in Europe we missed the first round of the league cup and by being knocked out by Chelsea we were knocked out earlier than last season. So in total we have played an extra four games. That is all.In the autumn, Spurs, Fulham and Wolves had a week’s rest when we played 6 games in Europe. We are the one with the colossal injury list this season, with inadequate cover.
Pulling away from us now.United are on a good run and I think we’ll struggle to finish above them.
Or, like Guy f***ing Mowbray, forever sounding like he’s on the verge of bursting into tears. He’s such a prick. Why is it that commentators are desperate to shout out a players full name if they think they are going to score? Pisses me off.

It's hard to argue that 2 games we haven't played yet are responsible for injuries we've already suffered.Just the 4! With two plus to come.
Difficult to understand how those four games can be to blame for so many injuries. And you can’t include games yet played for injuries already sustained.Just the 4! With two plus to come.
Incredibly difficult for a squad of our budget to challenge for European places, whilst being in Europe.
With no Caicedo and Mac A, hence the many sensible predictions of our league position for this season.
It’s a dilemma but I think I want Palace to win… I always want to beat Palace as they’re our rivals but I generally hate Chelsea and their wanker fans.I really don't know what I want to happen this evening. Really don't like the idea of Chelsea gaining ground on us but, on the other hand, it's Palace.
They aren't to blame for all the injuries.Difficult to understand how those four games can be to blame for so many injuries. And you can’t include games yet played for injuries already sustained.
A bad defeat for Chelsea seems incredibly unlikely. A thrashing at home for Palace would be very enjoyable. For me, I am hoping for a draw tonight with Chelsea ending up with 9 players.
But a bad defeat for either could be the end for one of the managers possibly.
I often think this and then the game starts one team goes into the lead and I realise I want Palace to lose.Ideally I would like them both to lose tonight, but I don't think the laws of the game permit that.
Failing that, all possible results tonight are a win-win for us.
A Palace relegation fight would be great, but then, a decent Astrid meltdown is good, solid entertainment.
