He’s stopped and Fernandes has fallen into him, absolutely conned the ref... but conning VAR as well? VAR is just poor honestly, that blatant push on Kane earlier wasn’t given but that is

Bloody delighted with it but that is bordering on cheating. No way was that a penalty

Rife in modern football, including by not so saintly British players such as Callum Wilson and Kane. This has been accepted on the continent for decades, in effect they run football, so sadly we have this forever.

If that's a penalty, then I no longer understand the game. Fernandes spun and jumped on the defender.

All this does is highlight that VAR should be quietly unplugged. Its had a very, very bad post-lockdown.

13 penalties this season, United are the new Crystal Palace,

Didn’t Parish want Crystal Palace to be the Manchester United of the South( snigger) a few years ago, and now United are the Crystal Palace of the North

It’s how quick they made the decision, they barely even looked at it... yet with offsides we have 5 minutes of drawing a line on a screen and deciding if someone’s big toe is offside, even Gary Neville at first seemed to think it was a pen, once he saw more replays it was obviously not a penalty. At least take the time, wonder why they didn’t... because it’s Manchester United of course.
