From another nation’s perspective, how highly do you rate Maguire as a CB?

Lindelof is the fall guy almost every time ManU concede, on Redcafe and in the media.

I think they are both not good enough if United wants to become this über-mega powerful club again. It is difficult times to be a defender though, their roles have changed a lot in only the ca 18 months since the goal kick rule change. Not only do they need to be technically competent themselves, they also have to defend against far more thought-through attack ideas than the "lump it up and see what happens" that a lot of teams used to go with.

Want Manure to lose, but totally agree. An elbow to face by Lamela, a half hearted slap to the windpipe by Martial.

Football and sports in general, going back to when I was a kid, has always come down harder on the player exercising retaliation. I disagree with that as a black and white principle.

United are embarrassing. Their defence is no better than Fulham’s. Who would have thought appointing a man who got relegated from the PL then pitched up in a league that makes the standard of the SPL look like the World Cup final wouldn’t have worked out? I hope they stick with him even longer because this season is already a write off.

If Spurs really want it this afternoon they can get six or seven.

The Norwegian league is far better than the SPL.

Other than that, I agree.
