I just think Klopp is a bit mad. He gets something out of teams but eventually everybody realises he is a bit nuts and it's game over. I actually think post-match our first game was the start of it.

5 home league defeats in a row is unprecedented for Liverpool.

The lad Kabak looks totally out of his depth, while there is a real lack of energy about Liverpool. Firmino, Wijnaldum, the full- backs look like different players to the previous 2 seasons, Allison went walkabout again for the VAR disallowed goal and Chelsea were well worth the victory.

I think he is a good coach, mad or not.

He is a good coach. Obviously, to anyone with a grain of common sense. And if any team had VVD, Gomez, Henderson and whoever else injured it would make a dent in their form. Yes, of course all teams have had their injuries, including us, but in terms of vital components removed long term, Liverpool have had a really shite season.
NSC's resident scouse haters might of course hate the facts, but tough - facts is facts

Liverpool will beat Fulham. A reaction is coming.
Fulham have got some tough matches coming up..... Fortunately for us.
Our annual limp to safety has been prettier this year but will need more steel next season.

If you can't score with your arm how can the arm be considered offside .

Werner was deemed offside because his arm was in front of the defender , here's the good bit

From ref watch on Sky with Dermot Galagher, from the last time this happened.

Q, " So is it correct to give a player offside because he has basically longer arms ?

A , Yes it is correct as the arms are connected to the players body ! :lolol::lolol:

So there's your answer sugar lips , very informative stuff from Dermsy there .

This is why they need to change the offside law. Just make it apply to feet only. It shouldn't matter where your upper body or anywhere else for that matter, just feet position.

TOTALLY TOTALLY AGREE

Offside with the modern tech used would be far simpler if the line was just drawn at the forward most point of a players feet. Far easier to get it right than trying to draw imaginary lines up to see if an inch of a players arm or the quiff of his hair might be 'deemed' to be offside. VAR is making the off side rule far too complicated.

Just have lines drawn from the players forward most foot and if the attacker is level he is ONSIDE regardless if he might be pointing as to where he wants a pass. SIMPLE really.

Dermot was wrong then. As you cannot score with your arm, it cannot be offside. It's why the line is done from the armpit starting at the torso.
