I'm rather worried that it isn't. I have no idea what it is about our away form that convinces so many people that we are even going to win at Norwich.

Maybe people are convinced by Potter and various players saying they're confident about the rest of the season and they see signs that we're on the verge of turning things around? The trouble is that they've said that before every game this year.

Blue tinted faith, not based on anything objective.

The potentially positive unknowns might be: At long last GP now knows our best 11 (Alzate, please) and finally stops tinkering, plus MacAllister and Lamptey make a huge difference in several key games.

Nope. I think the balloon boys have lived their dream and aren't sufficiently bovvered anymore. Unprofessional is OK when there is a band of nasty warriors, who play hard and win hard, but we are powder puff. I don't like it. If we start to dig it out then I'll think again....but not yet.

Are millionaire PL players, who’d always be sought after in top flight football, as bothered about losses and relegation as supporters? Probably yes at the time, but then they’ll always have a lucrative silver lining to the relegation cloud. Some might call it positive thinking, others ... a trip to the Bentley dealer’s and another summer trip to Dubai.
