I don't see any point in playing Burgess Hill and the like, let's play Aldershot and Bournemouth, league opposition and matches I would go to.

The League of Ireland Divison One thing seemed to be Adams' only so I doubt that'll happen this year despite the brief reappearance last year....

Hopefully theres a couple of decent ones worth going to, like last year (ipswich and charlton). Went to the aldershot one couple of years back, and havant is quite easy to get to.

I would hope the manager has some input on this. Can't be arsed to check out Slade's record, but I would put my house on it that it is the best pre-season imaginable. Can RS do anything wrong?

Slade did say in his interview on SW that there could be some exciting pre-season friendlies in the pipeline.

Let's hope for some Premiership opposition. The Portsmouth suggestion does sound feasible.

Forget all them were heading for new heights .... Crawley?

I see Crawley are proudly announcing their next (pre-season) fixture is against Chelsea XI outside the ground ...
