Are you allowed beer pitch side in a pre season friendly? Wasn’t sure if it was a FA league /cup sanctioned decision or a flat stadium rule?

That makes zero sense seeing as, apart from the game(s) when they club are away on their training camp, everything else is either being streamed or fans can attend. It’s nothing to do with Potter being secretive about tactics.

The latter is quite probably right, the former less so.

We all know nobody watching on TV is able to get a full appreciation of the game and tactics involved.

The u21s are in a similar camp for pre season to the adults but in Spain this week.
They finish that by playing Hull on Saturday - 09.30am BST KO in Marbella.
