Amazing! All that potential activity, and the only solid info is about Nooney, and we have some talk about a Orlandi from Swansea. Both leaked in Wales.

How different things are now from the Knight era.

Well, Wales is renowned for its leeks

Either that or absolutely nothing will happen!

Based on what has gone before, I am afraid it could be this . But if that happens, we will still have a better squad than last year. I for one would really like to see Hoskins get a run in the side or used as a sub.

I'm pretty sure Gus has said somewhere that no goalkeepers will be leaving - it does seem a bit OTT to keep them all though...

Also, why do you think Vicente is offski? What's your reasoning, or just a hunch?

Just a hunch really, but don't think it would be impossible, especially as we would now get a fee, also would free up some wages, apparently injured ? Seem to play better as a team without him ?

I cannot see anyone taking Hoskins with a broken foot anyway, so he should get a chance to prove himself.

Whatever happens I hope those leaving are going because they're surplus, not to fund shiny new purchases. I.e Please don't sell CMS, Bridutt, Barnes or any more of our starting XI beyond Noone.

I would be happy to see CMS go for a good price, but not the other two. They are still developing and will only go up in value.

We have different opinions about CMS :)

But beyond that it'd be a big gamble to bring in one or more new strikers and expect them to settle straight in. Especially as we seem to have just worked out how to play to CMS's strengths.

Don't forget we have been imminent to signing a 'special player' for 4 months now, so I will wait and see what happens. I am not expecting too much but will hopefully be pleasantly surprised.
