We all want him too, it would be great if he did, but it depends on whether a Premiership team comes knocking on the door. I have a feeling that he won't leave unless it's to the Premiership/top Championship/foreign equivalent side.

As we know, a lot depends on next season for us and for him. Young managers making it when having a full season in charge normally then become wanted property, and rightly so. Thus far he's done excellently with the materials in front of him, but when the season closes and phonecalls are made to pick up a treat or two, and a possible mutt thrown in by mistake, we'll see what he is capable of.
I'd love him to stay for as long as he likes as he's bloody hilarious and has the sensibilities of a man who wants football played properly.

He is doing so much behind the sences at he club that we don't see. Bloom will keep him here as long as he can. As long as we finish in the top 6 next year his job will be safe.

If he gets us promoted next year then he will stick with us in the championship, a lot of players have been saying recently that they are enjoying playing here as the club is going places.

I can see him here for 5 years or so

not many managers at any level really stay that long the expectations at club is far to high for any manager to sustain therefore leading to the sack or leaving my mutual consent if a manager does do well then they are likely to go to a bigger club 3yrd is more realistic

If we don't go up, but we are in or close to the playoffs, I can't really see TB getting rid of him. Whether he walks into another job is a different matter.
