By the seaside in West Somerset
very much doubt it.

Albion are a stepping stone to eventual big time management.

International "junior" management is a side road to nowhere.

i dont see why he would, unless he genuinely thinks he can do two at once like hiddink, junior international football is a step down quite frankly.

I like the bloke, and think he will turn out to be very good - but on results to date, how can he have "impressed" anyone so far?

In the first place, we're not. In the second place, I very much doubt that the extensive scouting network for the prestigious post of Uruguay Under-20 coach stretches to regular trips to Withdean. They will look at tables and videos and results. And from tables and results, there is no improvement. And in the third place, if you could read, you would see that I fully expect him to turn it around. But that is 'faith', because it isn't reflected in results to date.

How are we not a better team now then? you tell me.

Also, you might want to remember that under GP we have played the top 7 in the league, one loss in the last 8 also says otherwise.

When Poyet took over we were fifth from bottom. Where are we now? This is a ridiculous argument, because I like the bloke and (for the third time) expect him to come good - I'm just trying to find this results revolution that you're talking about. And it isn't there. Yet.

Stuart Pearce (aka Psycho) did it with the England U21's when he was City manager for a couple of seasons I believe. Benefitted him very well.

Could add on to Poyet's Ochestra of Flair :clap2:

Under Slade we lost too some very poor teams (Stockport ect) and looking at Poyets record we have only lost games that we were expected to lose. (Leeds, Charlton, Mk Dons ect)

Sorry but we are are a much more solid unit as a team now and a much better team over all, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree won't we.
