So what it is? I thought it was Poy-ett but Mr Bloom said Poy-ay in the press conference.
It's Poyay, you've got to be pretty damn dumb to think that a name without a 'tt' or 'tte' at the end is pronounced 'ett'
BBC are pronouncing it POY-ETTT ... apparently after seeking advice
For me -- I've always said POY-EH?
Guess I'll ask the man himself shall I!
Just because a name looks "French" doesn't mean anything.
