He’ll flounce or get fired before long. He’s not up to the job but then again money messes with people’s sense of their own capabilities. The man is a dull little failure.

In theory not a bad job.

Yes he's got an unrealistic set of fans to deal with.

But they've got some very decent players there and they will pay good fees and wages for new ones

If anything is dull it's the anti-Potter rhetoric which, after two and a half years on, continues to bore. Christ Alive, get over it.
West Ham is a good fit for him. He's a top coach and given time, he'll do well there.

If Potter takes it then he can stay based in Hove, which will suit him and his family.
He’s a good fit provided they give him some time. I don’t think they are in danger of going down, which will help him in short term. Whether or not they have a suitable structure in place for him is for him to find out. A short term contract of 6 months is really the best of both worlds. I hope he does ok with them. I don’t think we can complain about our own progress since he jumped ship. We just need to get over ourselves.
