This is the start of GP's Tinkerman phase. He was exactly the same at the Albion. He hadn't the foggiest idea how to put a team together. Even if he changed things around during a game, it was never on account of very much big brain thinking

He is absolutely spot on to be fair. We can engineer reasons to keep laughing at him, sure, but this isn't one of them. For those who don't want to watch the video:

I want him to fail at Chelsea because it is funny to see them below us in the table and it increases our chances of Europe. He was a brilliant manager for us who got us playing the best football we had ever played up until that point and it is stupid to suggest otherwise. He wasn't perfect and DeZ is showing us that there are better managers than him. But would we have interested DeZ if we hadn't had Potter first? I don't think so.

So thanks again Mr P and I hope your struggles at Chelsea get resolved before Todd thinks about poaching DeZ.

Any team can look great passing around outside of the opposition box. We really weren’t that great until a certain Ecuadorean came into the side. Two homes wins in a calendar year eleven games without a win and our longest PL losing streak all came under Potter which gets conveniently forgotten about by some. Yes we had a few good wins against the top six but then again most sides manage one or two of those.

I'm saying he's the past, so why are we still talking about him? I'm all for different opinions, but I'm also all for finding out why things happen. To be fair, people did explain it to me a while ago and that's fine. But as THPP says, I'm CONSTANTLY going on about it, so I guess I was indirectly asking again.

As one of the 'sad fuckers' who still posts on the Wordle thread (as I'm joint top of the table I guess that makes me one of the King Sad Fuckers!), no. No, I don't.

I sincerely apologise for daring to post MY opinion about other people's opinion about a football-related issue on a football forum. If you would kindly provide a list of topics I can post about, I'll do my best to stick to them in the future.

Until then, maybe I'll just stick to posting images if little grey, yellow and green squares.

People are still talking about him because they think differently to you. In other words they have a different point of view. It’s as simple as that.
