Tuesday has suddenly become an even bigger game with possible consequences.

Does it ****. We were nailed on for relegation this season if he’d stayed IMO.
It really doesn't matter what Hughton might or might not have done. That ship has sailed. We had a disappointing result yesterday but we are in a run of very winnable fixtures. It would a ridiculous and unnecessary risk to change managers now regardless of whether we think Potter has done a good job or not and personally I think he's doing an excellent one. Our destiny is very much in our hands and I think we are a couple of good signings from being a very good side. The Villa goal was about individual mistakes rather than poor tactics etc plus our failure to take our chances which cost us the win. Time to review where we are is the summer, not now...
Potter needs backing with signings, the striker situation in particular.
Are people really saying we are playing some of the beat football they’ve ever seen? Oh my god...just shows how many JCL’s we’ve picked up since promotion.
Our promotion season we played expansive attacking football. Better than the dross we’ve been served up with over the last 3 seasons!
Our style of play is no different to last years except then other than hitting the ball long, we’re taking another 20 minutes to move the ball into the opponents half because we’re pissing around with the ball(where usually Webster or A midfielder panics and loses the ball) for that time.
Our movement in the final third is frankly woeful and we are not pressing as much as we should do with the players we have.
I was sceptical of the Potter appointment as Swans fans I know say he changes formations too frequently and doesn’t give time for tactics to bed in and he plays players in odd positions. He has done exactly that and it’s not paying off.
His substitutions have been poor and tactics are naive.

must agree with most of that, perhaps it is an age thing.

Those saying we are no better than last season are talking absolute nonsense and clearly have an agenda.
The performances last season notably Wolves away, Spurs away and Newcastle at home first half made me genuinely embarrassed to be a Brighton fan. Every other team in the league wanted us down due to our ant-football approach.
This season we are playing some great football and absolutely dominating teams without, yet, finding the finishing touch. It’s night and day in terms of entertainment and football philosophy. We are also better off points wise than we were at the same point last season albeit marginally.
Anyone who wants Potter out is an idiot who doesn’t understand football.
