Potholes

Problem is, when they try and fix the potholes people start complaining about there being reactive roadworks everywhere

Indeed. Our friend Norman Baker was quoted in the Argus this week, moaning about roads being closed while potholes were being repaired.

Does anybody have any legal comeback on the council if their car is damaged due to the potholes and can prove that those holes are the cause. Could they sue the council for negligence as we are becoming like the USA sue crazy.

Is that the road just up from Preston park train station (the Station pub side of the tracks) after you have gone to the top of the hill and around the corner there is a short road there just off there that has really deep potholes and has been that way long before the Winter weater caused the current potholes elsewhere. (It looks like a private road but i couldn't see a name anywhere.)
