I have heard from a very reliable source that we will be signing a player from a top level foreign club tomorrow, for the rest of the season with a possible option to extend that into next season.

Do you know who it is, Fruity? The player, not the source.

I don't know specifics, but I don't believe it's going to be anyone with any great level of name recognition (eg, it's not Ronaldinho or Kaka for example).

Likely a younger player looking for games and competitive experience.

Hopefully it will be a striker, who can come on in game winning situations. and very good news if true about keeping Westlake untill the end of the season. Hopefully it be permanent in the summer, but can't see it happening.

I'd just make clear at this stage that as I understand it, nothing is finalised by any means, so it could end up being an empty rumour. Hopefully not though.

Argus article - Albion ready for Leeds threat.

The Albion manager admits it is unlikely he will make a deadline-beating move into the loan market ahead of Saturday's trip to Leeds United.

Has Barry Lloyd been sending bottles of Vodka over to his East European contact again? Another Gotsmanov would be nice.

NOT Ronaldinho or Kaka?

Sometimes I wonder if this club has ANY ambition
