Bit nuanced on that. I've been to many fantastic tapas bars in Spanish cities where their microwaves are polished with flair and on show behind the bar.

I'd use the analogy of a new release of Microsoft Windows which offers much on release, but very soon depreciates to the same dirge.

Before anyone suggests I'm an Apple fan boy, I've so long considered it to be an operating system for the elderly. So resistant to change it might as well be sponsored by Saga.
