Reminded me of McGhee after the defeat at Bristol City.
I don't think he was here much longer after that interview
Exactly what I said to Harty on the radio Tony , I wonder if Micky is meeting Dick in Topolinos on Thursday???

McGhee was sacked two days later because the board believed it had all got too much for him. Deja vu maybe?

What did he say, please?

If he blamed the officials or tried to make out we were unlucky, I may just cry.

I hung around after the game as a couple of the lads I took wanted autographs.

MA came out last with DK, a pat on the shoulder from DK, but both had very long faces. DK then walked off into the darkness alone.

Oh how I wish I could read minds ....

Well, I for one CAN'T read minds, but I imagine Knight was thinking "For fucks sake, Mickey, sort it out quick - you're making me look a right c*nt"

he also said that we out played stockport and out passed them and we were the better team by miles but got outdone by 2 set plays only

If he really said that then he's a deluded f***ing COCK, and he's basically taking every Albion fan for a MUG.

Honest Hans....he said that but he sounded very very very down

Well, the 200 or so Albion fans who put in a 400 mile round trip to support the team were pretty down at the end, too.

I for one, ws pretty down from the moment I heard the team read out and saw Whing sat at the end of my row.

He also said that he would be looking at bringing in other players and that the existing ones would have a hard 10 days infront of them but he would not name and blame players as that would be disrespectful to his team.

He certainly sounded very down but also as if he knew what was expected of him and did not sound like somebody who is on the way out.

I would've preferred it if he has come out and explained to us why...

*We had Fleetwood playing on the wing, when we had TWO perfectly capable wingers ROTTING on the bench.

*We had Virgo at right back when we have a perfectly good right back who wasn't even included in the sodding squad!

And people wonder why some of us BLAME Adams for some of the problems...

This really is one of Mickey adams biggest downfalls. He is quite clearly saying his squad of players is not good enough, and he wants more new players. This must do wonders for their confidence.........which is clearly lacking when we see them on the pitch.

WE have actually, got a lot of good players already.............thought it was the managers job to get the best out of them..............not demoralise them further.

There is ONE big problem with this squad.................the manager.
