Can I ask how the direct debits are going to work? Am I right in thinking that all STHs contour to pay and build credits. So in theory if you go to all games either via ballot or exchange you will be all square but otherwise you’ll be entitled to a refund?

So what happens if my six year old son wins a ticket and I don’t?

In fact how’s any of this going to work with younger kids?

My understanding from the call, is you will presumably choose to enter the ballot together so you will get two tickets or none.

They covered this. DDs will pause after September to allow us to 'catch up'

Sorry to be so grumpy but I think it sucks! I do not want to go a socially distanced, quarter full Amex wearing a mask. Surely they can’t make me pay for a ticket in these circumstances? And yes, I do understand that I can put it on the ticket exchange, but I’m not at all convinced it’ll sell......how are they so sure that people are gonna wanna watch The Albion in this way? I’ve been supporting The Albion for 45 years, I live 2 hours drive from Falmer, went to Gillingham, ST holder at Withdean, I love The Albion as much as anyone, but I still don’t fancy watching under these COVID Restrictions.

It does, but it’s all we’ve got for now so it’s very much take it or leave it. The Amex will be one of the better stadia too. Imagine the problems at places like Selhurst.........

Seems to me the club are doing all they can to maximise attendances within what the law allows.

Not exactly as seating will be alternative seats so a group of 5 would cover 10 seats

Did they confirm it would be alternative seats as a minimum. I remember the example of the group (non household specific) travelling down in one car, so assumed they would be 5 next to each other, obviously not all groups would travel together

There seems to be a lot of talk about how they are going to prevent all the lower price tickets being taken and about the 1901's taking north stand tickets as an example. This comment seems to have been ignored by a lot of people. Would go some way to preventing all the lower price seats going.

I don’t understand this concern. Why would someone who is going to be charged 1/19th of THEIR pro-rata season ticket cost in the 1901, or the middle of the WSL, want to choose a cheap seat at the front of the North Stand?

Did anyone ask whether they will still announce the attendance as 30,657 or whatever?! I really think they should :)

I know I'll quickly be corrected, again, but I thought JG said 1901ers could not choose a regular seat if they win in their ballot - they'd have to choose a 1901 seat.

So all STH are entered into the Ballot. You can apply as a group of up to five. Is the grouping season long, or do you have to submit your group each draw. If it's season long, what if you get drawn, but that week one or two of the group can't go? Can the one or two put their tickets on the exchange and the other three go, or would all five have to give up their tickets because of those one or two?

What’s the logic in the 6 game opt out thing ? Can’t understand it

My understanding was you are automatically opted into the ballot and can only opt out on medical grounds. I did ask a question to clarify this but not answered. If you get a ticket and don't want it, its up to you to put it on the exchange. I think personally you should be able to opt out of the ballot if you don't think its safe.

Its not automatic. You have to sign up to the additional terms and conditions 1st.

Quick point. 1901 tickets are sometimes in company names but even if not they have to right to allocate to someone else. How does this work with photo IDs being checked?

Perhaps they need to go in a five with friends/family in other parts of the ground that are cheaper.

Can't imagine there will be many people in that boat though, although I am one of them. Unfortunately the beauty of 'normal' Amex is it's so social you can easily meet friends and family wherever they sit. Think that's a challenge that's difficult to accommodate in Covid times sadly.

Think you are right the 5 would sit next to each other then there would be a gap. This makes sense to me as if for example a fan had a young child they would would want them sat next to them.

If successful in a ballot for a match they have to allocate tickets to named individuals and those names will be printed on the tickets.

My understanding was that once a ticket is on the exchange they can.

Prior to that 1901 members can only select from their respective area. (i.e. 1901 seats)

Not automatic you sign up to ballot with changed Ts & Cs as there will be other restrictions applied like face masks etc

If it's not automatic, why can we only skip 6 games? If we have to actually sign up to it, what's stopping us not bothering to sign up and skipping all games?
