Yeah but as Icy said it's that hoary old chestnut that all the while we play at Withdean we're living a hand-to-mouth existence. Just be grateful it's Reading's cast-offs and not Rochdale's.

I'm all for getting decent players in but it really grates with me that we're making do with bloody Reading's cast offs.

I think it's because since thrashing them to the championship 2 seasons ago, the realisation has dawned on me that there is a massive gap between the clubs these days and that it won't really be plugged until Falmer gets built.

Henderson would be a good move though. He's a quality player.

It dawned on me the moment that got sidwell!!!

Not too much. Reading are the perfect example of how a tinpot club can become a major player in Div 1, by having a new state of the art ground. Remember how much bigger we were than Reading when we both had ramshackle grounds?

Seeing as we are a well supported club who got shafted and turned into a minnow, just be patient and watch us pass Reading by as the dream unfolds and we fulfill our potential:clap2:

Ah, but with our place of our size (like your own), don't forget that we're just starting to fulfil our potential. You may well catch back up with us sooner or later, but don't forget that we haven't stopped yet!

Our old Elm Park only held 13,000, which was hardly ever filled. Thank god we can start to finally have a bit of success after 130 years of being nothing.
