I couldn't make the game today, I had to do a spot of driving. At least there were goals in the game! Shame they all went in our net. I feel as if we've been lucky this season to get the points we have, organised at the right times with the right players at the back. But today it seems our weaknesses were exposed. I'm not anti-Hughton, and won't be - but it is time to start thinking about who is going to build on his brilliant work.

Literally no doubt about it. Smug can motivate his players and clearly knows their strengths and weaknesses.

That has been apparent for years, you only have to have watched the league games between us when they were both in charge.

One is one dimensional who has a negative mindset and has one game plan. The other is one who can change things during a game and make it work
