Derby have proved that it is possible to become "premier league ready" on and off the pitch and also keep our fans on side and allow them to generate a good atmosphere. It is also possible to keep your best players despite losing in the play offs.

Let's hope we follow their lead.

Met a fellow fan in the Christmas Markets today in Brussels. Wonder if he goes on NSC?

Ince looked pretty good when he came on. We didn't lose 4-0.

1 We played over an hour without conceding.
2 It actually felt better walking out at the end compared to the feeling of impending doom after the new third goal went in.
3 We conceded one less goal than the last time we were there.
4 We did have three 'pretend' goals to celebrate.

Mr Freeby train travel, Beach Hut, wasted his entire day.

I'm struggling for positives beyond that. Unless daveinprague made this his annual Albion match?

Wolves lost their 5th in a row and had 2 players sent off and banned for our game.

Millwall lost 1-5.

I didn't go. Shopping and painting successes despite heavy cold.

Lovely sunny day.

There are always positives.

I'm home already and I don't have a sore throat.

Never 'heard' us so quiet at an away game. Says all Tony Bloom should need to (not) hear.
