I'll start.

We gave one of the best defensive teams in Europe a game.
March looked world class
Gross and Izzy also looking the part.

On today's performance i'm confident we would be able to beat most teams at home, with the occasional thumping from a top 6 side.

I'm in good spirits after that.

27,000 at a home FRIENDLY is extraordinary. Seven years ago if that number was posted on NSC nobody would have believed it

What did you make of the away top in the flesh ?

Agree with all of that, well impressed by Brown, Gross free kick was class and Madrid just could not deal with March.

Decent result, considering I was expecting to get thumped.

A couple more signings (inc. Striker) and we should be good to go.

New signings all look great, GK fumble aside.

Valuable game time and great to see Knockaert back and having a good go.

Two goals against Atletico is a good sign. They are a really difficult team to break down, especially after taking a lead.

The team selection for Manchester City should be a little clearer now for CH, from what I saw I'd go:

Ryan
Bruno-Duffy-Dunk-Suttner
March-Stephens-Sidwell-Brown
Gross
Murray

Feeling slightly more optimistic after seeing that.

Speed of thought and action from most was impressive, once we came out of our shell we started to play some decent stuff. Ryan's distribution looks very good! Oh yeah Gross looks like a smart player with a great level of technique.

Only change I would make would be Bong for Suttner.... I hate to say it but Bong looked far more assures in defence

We scored against Atlético Madrid twice. That alone is a good sign.

March was brilliant. The game changed completely because of his impact.
Knockaert also ran rings around their defensive line.
Izzy should've had man of the match
Groß has won me over, he's now on my FF team

March was incredible, Knockaert is match ready.

Ryan is a top 'keeper (fumble aside).

Gross is a machine. He'll be a fan favourite before long.

Suttner and Brown linked up well indeed. Some lovely crosses from Suttner and Brown worked extremely hard.

Signings look good, team looks settled.

Felt a bit sorry for Hemed as we sat back first half and were determined not to get buried early.

Second half thought we played some good stuff against last season's Champions league semi finalist. Highlight for me was Greizman ballsing it up from 12 yds one on one with Ryan and sticking it 10yds wide.

I thoroughly enjoyed the game and can't wait for next Week.
