I thought Webster was very good today, equal partner with Dunk today rather than the shaky understudy he has been. Hope he builds on this.

Webster was better - but he was on his backside when their offside goal went in, he reminds me a lot of Dunky a few years ago there seems to always be prone to that kind of mistake that ends up being potentially costly every game. Got away with that one today and it was only one plus some excellent defending, particularly the challenge inside the box that the commentator mentioned. Hopefully he’s had a confidence boost today and can carry on the same way while learning from Lewis

I've felt vaguely "normal".

Sitting here, half drunk on NSC, happy with three points, laughing at Arsenal fans? That seemed impossible in April.

Dunk didn't get booked and has continued to avoid a 2 match ban.
Although Dan Burn is suspended against Leicester, we have Shane Duffy to replace him.
Adam Webster didn't put a foot wrong and will have maybe quietened some of his critics for a bit.

Big Dan Burn isn’t suspended for the Leicester game.

? - thought the five bookings thing ran out at about Christmas? Surely only get suspended for 10 at this point in the season?

3 points on the board is the most important thing, no injuries, and one less on the goal difference, we also scored more than once and from open play against a side as good as these, they may not be the best 'team' but they have some very good players.

Going forward however I was thinking, whilst grinning round town walking the dog in my Bukta shirt . . . . Maupay worked his socks of, and finally got his just rewards, which hopefully gives him a big confidence boost over just a pat on the back . . . . . .We've shown some strength in depth with substitutes, Bissouma played superbly, strong, fairly so. Having watched some other games, we got into it pretty quickly, which suggests heads are in the right place. We finally got the rub of the green and It couldn't have come at a better time. It all bodes well if GP can keep the momentum going. LEicester are good, but no better than the Arse. . . . Stop ratboy and we could come home with a point.

All in all an extremely positive restart.

Surely, one more on goal difference not one less.

In addition to what others have said:

- having Connolly back fit and making a telling contribution will do his confidence a world of good
- March had some lovely touches and I think the assist for her first which will go him good too
- we have genuine strength in depth, Ali J, Alzate and Bernardo couldn’t even make a 9 man bench and will game’s coming thick and fast will be critical
- MacAlistair (spelling) in 2 mins showed class and can’t wait to see more of him.
- Ryan was superb, one of his best games for the club.

Maupay got the assist for Dunk's goal, great backheel flick

Positives:
1) definitely now odds on to stay up even with the very tough run-in
2) Dunk still amazing (how do we ensure he is available for Norwich)
3) Webster another game battle hardened at this tough level
4) Bissouma now the man we build the midfield around
5) Maupay proving again to be our class striker by far in Prem era
6) Confidence building outings for the bit part players like March and Connolly, pushing for bigger roles
7) Potter making a bit more progress in moving on from the Stephens-Murray-Duffy era of slower stalwarts
8) Maupay delivering the media quote burn of the season to a bunch of lazy and disinterested Arsenal prima donnas

1. Dunk has just 2 more games to avoid a yellow before the threshold moves to 15.

2. Winning goal straight off the training ground - huge credit to Potter.

3. Goal executed by McAllister (21), Connolly (20) and Maupay (23). The future's bright.

4. Arsenal Fan TV.

5. Maupay firmly in line for the Ashley Barnes Memorial Award for Shithousing this season.

6. We scored from a short corner. Remember that when the 'GET it in there!' lobby is restored to the Amex.
