I have yet to see a scrap of evidence to contradict this poll (apart from the fact that the Scousers are allegedly the best looking, clearly a mistake).

That article, especially the caption on the third picture, ("Gratuitous picture of Nell McAndrew, Kelly Dalglish, Karren Brady and Diana Stewart just because Dalglish is a Liverpool fan, and it makes up for those other pictures you've had to look at.") reads more like something from Private Eye than from an organisation thats meant to be equivalent to the BBC...

But yes, I've never met an acceptable looking Pompey fan. Or, indeed, an acceptable looking Liverpool fan though. But I did date an Everton supporter.
