@skysportsnews- Football League say Portsmouth must start next season with 10-point deduction as part of conditions of membership offer.

Looks like an already tough season has just got tougher. :lolol:

Best news I've heard all day. What happens then, in the event they don't accept the -10 point penalty? Would someone be "promoted" to replace them, or would the division continue with one short?
