Doesnt every club have a self appointed spokesman who when a new manager or player comes in gives a fans view as if they represent all fans.

True, but most clubs fans are a bit more organised and savvy not to send in a drunk and shirtless buffoon in a dreadlock wig, top hat and clown shoes - it tends to detract from any credible points you are trying to make!
