Definitely. And I've spent 20+ years living in SE London! Those of us on the Western vanguard probably dislike them more than Palace

Yep, that sounds about right.Yep, I remember that game. Think we then had to beat already promoted Ipswich away on the last day to stay up. Which we didn't.
Horrible thugs. Can’t recall enjoying a single match against them, except when we beat them at the Amex. Playing at Fratton in the 70s (and Croydon) was like preparing for battle.Really?! All I can recall is loads of homophobic abuse and Neanderthals mooning at us!!
When was this?Danny Dyer when he was somewhat tolerable.
To be fair that was two way street, I once got of the train at Fratton with the nipper and Albion fans were luzzing chairs at a social club all quite entertaining for five minutes.Horrible thugs. Same thing happened when we did them 1 nil in the Cup in 93. I was 13 as well. There was a mini pitch invasion from the North, mostly kids (13 yo me included!) and we all legged it back when a handful of Pompey came onto the pitch too
Roughly the runtime of Human TrafficWhen was this?
Don’t hold back now.Horrible shitfest of a club. Utterly despise them and their knuckle dragging wanked up fans.
f*** off in to oblivion.
To be fair BO or not, he was very supportive in our dark times, even recall him coming to the Goldstone to a game to show his solidarity. It’s just the smelly bell ringing tramp that puts me offView attachment 156009
