This would be most sensible solution, this could be solved within a month, also stop all these fruit cakes that go backwards and forwards to these shitholes coming back into the country, revoke their citizenship.
Did you not spot the SAS in Manchester they were the guys dressed in black with signal jammers on their backs.

What have the politicalians done to this country?

I and many others said this sort of thing would happen a few years ago.

Where are the people who were calling us idiots the other day?

Fatalities confirmed now. Another sad, sad night for our country.
Yep most knew this was going to happen many years ago....This is liberalism at its finest because the fear of upsetting a minority is far more important than lives being lost on the street.

I don't agree in any way with the fascist or racist, or deport the lot of them, viewpoints.

But I think you are wrong.

The angry views are just a natural reaction. They don't help recruit these murderers.

Andrew Marr a moment ago quoted the key figure is ISIS saying their aim is to destroy democracies, to which Thornberry agreed. Earlier Frank Gardner said that these people are getting ever more desperate as ISIL collapses.

There are 23,000 on the watch list in our country alone. No expert states that they got radicalised by low level racism in the U.K.
The problem is that far to many Muslims lead a restricted life and do not fit into western society. The watch list will grow and grow and grow because we're to gutless to do anything about it.

Looks like all the local fascists are out in force today.

I think you'll find that the local fascists were out least night, stabbing girls in borough market and running over pedestrians on London Bridge.

It seems that someone does not understand what the word fascism means.

I live just outside the police corden. I walk up Borough high street and over London Bridge as my commute every day. I go to the bars and restaurants of the area every week. Shocking, scary and disgusting events last night.

Will dust myself down today and continue as usual tomorrow

Declaring war on Islamic State would be a start, then anyone affiliated with it can be treated as enemy combatants , spy's etc and fall under the rules and engagement of wartime . Easily removed from the streets and interned indefinitely, just like we did during wartime .

I can honestly say that is the most useless, moronic, pointless post I have ever seen on here.

Islam is the problem, to deny it is is just a 6th form mentality, it doesnt mean that every Muslim is a terrorist and I am not advocating there should be some level of internment or deportation, but Islam requires challenge and a good dose of ridicule, I mean which religion doesn't need to be laughed at now and again its all a little bit silly after all and no I do no respect your religion or your faith, I might respect you as I might anyone else but not because of your slightly batty views, it needs to stop taking itself so seriously and we the West need to be more dismissive of its demands too.

I grew up and was educated through a secondary modern educational system, neither the teachers nor parents demanded a prioritised education of a religion, driven by the left I seem to recall being rinsed of any religious aspiration

I honestly cannot remember ever once defining a friend or colleague by their religion, to me that would be plain daft and I think we were lucky, when I was 18 a good Scottish friend outlined the casual sectarianism he encountered in his leafy Edinburgh suburb, his school, his street, his football team, to me it just sounded slightly odd and a million miles away anyway.

But here we have it, a dominant, demanding ideology that crept up on an evolved tolerant western civilisation that readily capitulate at nearly every request almost frozen in the headlights of squawking new age Islam.

It seems at times a self proclaimed moderate Muslim can have a greater empathy with an unknown Muslim thousands of miles away but struggles to identify with or share a similar empathy with their non Muslim neighbour.

For me it isnt only the extremist that are willing to commit atrocities that anger me, I suspect their numbers are quite low anyhow, but the so called Muslim communities that many have tacit support for it.

Thanks - saved me having to post similar thoughts. Perhaps when this happens in Chester he will reconsider his views?

I have thought this for months. You cannot radicalise a normal person. Islamic teaching since birth is what causes people to do this. Sick religion.

How would you explain the people in America who commit the school shootings then? What were they taught from birth to commit such acts?

They target vulnerable losers who they see as weak minded and brainwash them into believing killing non believers will somehow make them a hero and they'll be sent to paradise.

Nothing fascist at all, we're at war but haven't actually officially declared war on the enemy.

So those who have returned from Syria, whether you like it or not have certain human rights so under current legislation cannot just be detained.

If we had declared war then they become an enemy combatant, and can be detained under a whole new raft of rules of engagement. POW for one, though my personal preference would be to have them shot as an enemy spy as they weren't in uniform when they landed at Gatwick

And it helps that Muhammad was a brutal warlord who left behind plenty of examples and really bad messages for them to follow on how to spread Islam. And of course what to do to people who defy you and won't convert.

I've been critical of May - but she smashed that statement.

Me too, but that was a superb speech. Enough is enough and I believe she is going to make the much needed changes. Well done PM, well done and thank you for the amazing police response.
